Shipping

As of 2024 we are pleased to ship internationally!

Orders will be shipped within 5 to 7 business days.  If you need your corset earlier, please contact  support@timeless-trends.com to request a rush shipment. Shipping charges are added at checkout based upon the delivery address and weight of shipment.

Orders within the United States are shipped using USPS. Shipping takes 2 to 5 days depending upon speed selected and location. Orders to be shipped internationally are shipped using FedEx or UPS, depending on the destination.

Free shipping over $100

Orders with a United States shipping address with a value more than $100 are shipped by USPS Ground Advantage at no charge. Your order value of the products in your cart must be more than $100 for the discount to apply.

If you would like your corset shipped faster (by USPS Priority or Express) you will be expected to pay the difference at checkout.

International orders are not eligible for free shipping. Free shipping promotions are not combinable with other discounts and offers.

As soon as your order has been processed for shipping you will receive a shipment confirmation with a tracking number.  It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking/delivery information to update. We may ship your order in separate packages.

We will do everything possible to ensure that the item(s) you have ordered are available.  However, if we are unable to complete your order we will cancel your order and issue a full refund.  You will receive an email advising you of this cancelation and notification of the refund in process.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday.  We are not able to ship on national or local holidays.

All orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout.  If you need to make a change to a shipping/delivery address contact support@timeless-trends.com immediately. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses. 

Delivery times cannot be guaranteed.  Once the order has been processed for shipment you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information and an estimated delivery date. Be sure to add our email support@timeless-trends.com to your contact list to avoid our emails being sent to your spam folder.

Timeless Returns is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please be sure to use a secure delivery address.
