We only ship via USPS and only to the United States and its territories. Orders will be shipped within 5 to 7 business days. If you need your corset earlier, please contact email@example.com to request a rush shipment. Shipping charges are added at checkout based upon the delivery address and weight of shipment.
USPS shipping takes 2 to 3 days depending upon location. We can not ship International orders.
As soon as your order has been processed for shipping you will receive a shipment confirmation with a tracking number. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking/delivery information to update. We may ship your order in separate packages.
We will do everything possible to ensure that the item(s) you have ordered are available. However, if we are unable to complete your order we will cancel your order and issue a full refund. You will receive an email advising you of this cancelation and notification of the refund in process.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. We are not able to ship on national or local holidays.
All orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout. If you need to make a change to a shipping/delivery address contact firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses.
Delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Once the order has been processed for shipment you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information and an estimated delivery date. Be sure to add our email email@example.com to your contact list to avoid our emails being sent to your spam folder.
